Solicitor
Jason Tran was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2016 after completing his Bachelor of Business Commerce and Bachelor of Law degrees at the University of Western Sydney.
After being admitted as a solicitor Jason first worked in insurance law and then in general practice gaining experience in many areas of law including Conveyancing, Family Law, Debt Recovery, Defamation and Will Drafting.
In May 2018, Jason joined Jackson & Associates, Solicitors to widen his experience in commercial transaction work and commercial dispute resolution under Peter’s supervision. This work, together with Jason’s previous experience has proved invaluable to the clients of Jackson & Associates, Solicitors.
Jason has represented clients before NCAT , the Local Court and the District Court as well as assisting at a number of complex mediations. Jason has also acted for clients in commercial transactions including the sale and purchase of businesses and property transfers.
